Image kidneys, spine, heart, limbs — vertebral, anorectal, cardiac, renal, limb anomalies in ~25%.

Pearls

  • NG tube coiled in upper esophagus on CXR — diagnostic.
  • Gasless abdomen suggests pure EA without TEF (rare).
  • Definitive surgery shortly after diagnosis.
