Pearls

  • Fat ring sign: preserved fat around mesenteric vessels in a soft tissue mass.
  • Tumoral pseudocapsule: hyperdense rim around mesenteric mass.
  • Often incidental and asymptomatic; treatment for symptomatic disease: steroids ± tamoxifen.
