Proptosis with Graves disease (suspected thyroid eye disease)

Recommended: MRI Orbits with and without contrast (or CT Orbits if MRI contraindicated) is the preferred imaging study for proptosis with graves disease (suspected thyroid eye disease). Look for enlargement of inferior/medial recti sparing the tendon.
