Pediatric head trauma, PECARN intermediate or high risk

Recommended: CT Head non-contrast (or observation per shared decision) is the preferred imaging study for pediatric head trauma, pecarn intermediate or high risk. High-risk: GCS < 14, palpable skull fracture, signs of basilar fracture.
