Acute cranial nerve palsy (CN III, IV, VI, VII)

Recommended: MRI Brain with and without contrast (thin section through brainstem) is the preferred imaging study for acute cranial nerve palsy (cn iii, iv, vi, vii). Isolated painful CN III palsy with pupil involvement → suspected PCom aneurysm, urgent CTA.
