Recommended: CTA Head and Neck (or MRA neck with fat-saturated T1) is the preferred imaging study for suspected carotid or vertebral artery dissection. Consider after neck trauma, chiropractic manipulation, or unusual neck pain with Horner's / stroke symptoms.
